is a publication of the Capuchin Franciscan Vocation
Office. Capuchin Franciscans are priests and brothers
working among the people, ministering to their needs
in our varied ministries, we come as “Peacemakers”
bringing the Good News to our brothers and sisters.

2008 Peacemakers - Six Candidates Apply for Our Postulancy
Program
Six men, three from the New England region and three
from the New York area have applied for our Postulancy
Program at Saint Michael Friary in Brooklyn. It is
a solid, mature and faith-filled group that blesses
us with their presence among us.

January 2008 - Admissions Process and Postulancy Orientation
The January 25-27, 2008 Discernment Weekend, jointly
hosted by the friar communities of Good Shepherd in
Manhattan and St. Michael in Brooklyn, was an opportunity
for fraternal sharing, moving prayer gatherings and
reflective presentations.
